Package Protection

We offer optional Package Protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit. For just a small percentage of your order total, your shipment is protected — and if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. It’s that simple.


✅ What’s Covered

  • Lost Packages
    If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days (within the U.S.) or 14+ business days (international) and your package has not arrived, you may be eligible for a claim. Please note, if your carrier is experiencing high network delays (e.g., holiday surges or severe weather), we may ask you to wait slightly longer before filing.
  • Stolen Packages
    If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please allow up to 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international) from the marked delivery date. Carriers sometimes prematurely mark packages as delivered or place them in alternate secure locations. If the package still has not arrived after that time, you're eligible to submit a claim.
  • Damaged Orders
    If your item arrives broken or with significant damage to the actual product, you may submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. Minor damage to external packaging is not covered. If contents are missing due to packaging failure, photo documentation is required.

📦 How It Works

  1. Choose Protection at Checkout
    Toggle the "Package Protection" box before placing your order.
  2. Track Your Order as Usual
    You’ll receive shipping updates just like any other order.
  3. Something Went Wrong?
    File a claim with us — and we’ll take care of the rest.
  4. Resolution
    We’ll send a replacement (if in stock) or a refund (if unavailable). If the package arrives after the claim is settled, we may request it be returned at our expense.

📝 How to File a Claim

Please email contact@simrellcollection.com or reply to your order confirmation with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (for damaged or opened items)

⏱️ We respond to all protection claims within 3 business days.


🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages returned to sender
  • Minor cosmetic box damage (product intact)
  • Delays due to customs, weather, or confirmed carrier network issues
  • Orders marked as unfulfilled or unshipped
  • Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees — any return costs may be deducted from your refund
  • Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery (for loss/theft) or 7 days (for damage)
