We offer optional Package Protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit. For just a small percentage of your order total, your shipment is protected — and if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. It’s that simple.


āœ… What’s Covered

  • Lost Packages
    No tracking updates for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), and no delivery.
  • Stolen Packages
    Tracking shows ā€œDeliveredā€ but nothing received. Must be reported within 10 days.
  • Damaged Orders
    Items arrived broken or with significant shipping damage. Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.

    Toggle the "Package Protection" box before placing your order.
  2. Track Your Order as Usual
    You’ll receive shipping updates just like any other order.
  3. Something Went Wrong?
    File a claim with us — and we’ll take care of the rest.
  4. Resolution
    We’ll send a replacement (if in stock) or a refund (if unavailable).

Please email contact@simrellcollection.com or reply to your order confirmation with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (for damaged items)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages returned to sender
  • Minor cosmetic box damage (product intact)
  • Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery (for loss/theft)
