We offer optional Package Protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit. For just a small percentage of your order total, your shipment is protected ā and if something goes wrong, weāll make it right with a replacement or refund. Itās that simple.
ā Whatās Covered

Lost Packages
No tracking updates for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), and no delivery. -
Stolen Packages
Tracking shows āDeliveredā but nothing received. Must be reported within 10 days. -
Damaged Orders
Items arrived broken or with significant shipping damage. Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Please email contact@simrellcollection.com or reply to your order confirmation with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for damaged items)

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages returned to sender
- Minor cosmetic box damage (product intact)
- Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues
- Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery (for loss/theft)
