Shipping policy

At Simrell Collection, every product is designed, machined, and assembled in small batches with intention. We are not a mass production operation, and we do not ship through third party fulfillment centers. This policy exists to clearly outline what to expect once your order leaves our shop. All Orders are shipped discreetly


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During product launches, restocks, gallery drops or high volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Due to our fulfillment process, once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled or combined with another order.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders ship via USPS.

*Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and begin after the order ships, not when it is placed. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to local postal systems delays, holidays and weather delays


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped exclusively via USPS First Class Package International.

This service is selected to balance affordability and accessibility for international customers. It is important to understand its limitations.

What to Expect

  • Estimated delivery: up to 1–6 weeks from ship date depending on destination country 

  • Tracking: Limited or partial tracking depending on destination country

  • Delivery partner: Final delivery is handled by the destination country’s local postal service

*USPS First-Class Package International is not an express service and does not move at the same speed as Priority or Express options.

*Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing, local postal systems, holidays and weather delays. These are all estimations and can exceed the estimated time frame. 


Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • International shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance by the destination country.

  • Customs delays are outside of our control.

  • Customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country.

  • These fees are not collected at checkout, and we cannot estimate them due to the various country specific regulations.

  • Packages refused due to unpaid import fees are not eligible for a refund.


Shipping Contract & Package Protection

  • Optional package protection may be offered at checkout.

  • If package protection is declined, Simrell Collection is not liable for packages that are stolen.

  • Customers who decline package protection assume the risk associated.


Tracking & Shipping Scans

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the order is ready for packing and gets ready to ship. Tracking numbers may take 1-2 business days to get scanned into the carrier network

  • USPS First Class Package International may stop receiving scans after the package leaves the United States.

  • A lack of tracking updates does not indicate a lost package.


Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Simrell Collection cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • If tracking shows a package as “delivered” but it has not been received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an inquiry. 

  • If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, customers may email contact@simrellcollection.com with proof of communication for review.

  • International customers must allow a minimum of Six (6) Weeks from ship date before a package is considered delayed. We can open a lost package mail search at that time. 


Damaged or Missing Items (Upon Delivery)

  • Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

  • Any missing items or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issues.

  • After 24 hours, replacements or claims may not be honored.

  • Your order number, a picture of the contents and packing slip is required. 

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

  • Simrell Collection is not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors.


Final Notes

Simrell Collection is a small, independent manufacturer. We ship responsibly, transparently, and with realistic expectations, not promises we cannot control once a package enters the postal system.
