This was the first stem I had a problem with after 10 stems from Simrell, but customer service was almost instant and helpful, this guy stands behind his products, along with having beautiful craftsmanship.
Great looking tip. Nice matte black color that goes well with black wood or acrylic stems/mouthpieces.

I absolutely adore my new Amboyna burl stem, the wood itself is gorgeous and has completely met my expectations. Now in regards to the titanium spinning valve setup, I genuinely could never have guessed it would be so beneficial and such a quality of life improvement. If you're still on the fence about buying something Simrell, don't be; I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.
