The Titanium XL Stem Adapter w/ Ultem Sleeve lets me enjoy the Hydro XL on my Vortex stem in total comfort. The titanium parts add next to no weight, and the grip is great. Grip and heat transfer were my two biggest concerns, and it definitely stays cool as promised. You'd probably want to be careful going back-to-back since you can tell it gets pretty warm, though I haven't even needed a second bowl because I'm completely satisfied after the first one. With that said, I really like using the adapter with the Vortex stem when I'm out relaxing in the backyard.

He's hibestly generous for his prices, he could be charging $500, but he's making it accessible for you. Get it!
I've been searching for standing j hooks for ages and this is the most robust and reasonably priced option I've seen by far. Narrow neck provides for some excellent flavor and the design makes it incredibly easy to clean. Give up on water today. Put a banger on it too, why not.

Simple adapter to native stem, works as it should! No issues or complaints, if you have the XL and you want to add a standard stem, buy this :)
