The Simrell is our debut thermal extraction device—a flagship introduction to a new era of dry herb vaporization. Made entirely in the USA from medical-grade titanium, this fully modular system delivers uncompromising performance with zero electronics, no wear parts, and precision-controlled thermal extraction.

What is considered a premium upgrade on other systems—the Titanium Vortex Cooling System—comes standard with the Simrell. At the core of the delivery system is the Vortex Stem, complete with a Titanium Intercooler and threaded condenser, sleeved in premium American walnut.

Known for its ultra-smooth airflow and signature cooling effect without muting flavor, the Vortex refines the raw thermal energy from the extraction engine into a dense, flavorful, and remarkably smooth draw—right out of the box.

At the heart of the Simrell system is a triad of precision-machined components: the Titanium Thermal Capacitor, Threaded Extraction Chamber, and the Titanium Heat Exchanger. Together, they form a thermally efficient ecosystem that delivers consistent heat transfer and adaptable performance across three dynamic heat zones.

• The Thermal Capacitor stores and regulates convection heat with elemental consistency—without the use of fragile ceramics or artificial media.

• The Titanium Chamber, threaded directly to the capacitor, is where material is packed and optionally heated during conduction or hybrid extraction.

• The Heat Exchanger completes the system by capturing, containing, and cycling thermal energy—balancing airflow, pressure, and retention throughout your session.

The threaded interfaces connecting these parts are more than structural—they’re thermal highways, maximizing surface-to-surface contact while eliminating the insulating air gaps found in conventional systems. This direct metal-on-metal contact allows the device to reach thermal equilibrium efficiently and maintain it with precision.

Calibrated thermostat discs provide audible clicks at target temperatures, eliminating guesswork and removing the need for electronics, batteries, or circuit boards. Both low-temp and high-temp discs are included, with additional profiles in development.
