Our Flagship, Machined From Titanium
The Simrell: Titanium is our flagship thermal extraction system, built for the enthusiast who wants more: three ways to extract in one device, and a cooling system that set the standard. The chamber, heat exchanger, thermal capacitor, Vortex stem and sleeve are all machined from titanium here in the USA: resilient, inert and as flavor-pure as glass, without the fragility.
It runs on a torch or an induction heater. Its titanium parts thread together, with no o-rings, no electronics and no plastic. No wear parts, no degradation, no compromise.
02 · Heat zones
Three Vaporizers in One
With the Simrell, you become the driver. By adjusting where you apply heat on its Classic Titanium thermal assembly, you choose one of three distinct vaporization styles, giving you total control over your experience:
- Conduction zone: apply heat directly to the chamber for dense, instant vapor.Best for evening sessions.
- Convection zone: focus heat toward the exchanger for full-flavor, airflow-driven extraction.Best for daytime sessions.
- Hybrid zone: balance both methods for a mix of density and flavor.The best of both worlds.
Rotate it as you heat for an even extraction. Calibrated thermostat discs provide audible clicks at target temperatures, eliminating guesswork and removing the need for electronics, batteries, or circuit boards. Both low-temp and high-temp discs are included.
Whether you heat by feel or by the clicks, the Simrell responds to you.
03 · Vortex cooling
Vortex Cooling System
The Vortex system raised the bar for cooling in 2018 and set the industry standard. Its intercooler and threaded condenser turn the heat from the engine into a smooth, dense draw without muting the flavor, and the teardrop airport lets you set the airflow by hand. This proven system comes stock with every Simrell: Titanium.
The Vortex is more than meets the eye. It cools in two stages:
- Stage one: the fresh air mixture chamber. The angled teardrop airport directs fresh air around the condenser rather than into it, elongating the air path and creating the beginning of the vortex cooling as air spirals around the condenser toward the vapor mixture chamber. There it meets the vapor, cooling it, aerating it and bringing out the flavor.
- Stage two: the titanium intercooler. Vapor spirals around it all the way through the condenser. It continues to elongate the air path, acts as a heat sink and stops any material from escaping through the air path. You can optionally remove it for more airflow.

A Complete Titanium Exterior
The Simrell: Titanium comes with our Titanium Sleeve, for a durable, unified finish. Its holographic Simrell logo shifts between blue and purple.

05 · Extraction
Change Your Assembly, Change Your Extraction Experience
At its heart are three precision-machined parts, the thermal capacitor, the threaded extraction chamber and the heat exchanger, threaded together metal to metal. Unlike the common ball vape, where heat has to cross the tiny air pockets between loose thermal balls, our thermal capacitor is a solid core. Heat moves through threaded metal channels that serve as thermal highways, instead of through air.
Our Classic Titanium, Titanium Convection and Stainless thermal assemblies all thread onto this same chamber. Change the assembly and you change how your Simrell heats, without buying a new device.

Make It Yours
Choose your extraction and your finish. Pick the thermal assembly, the chamber, the stem finish and the sleeve in our customizer, and see each change before you order. The standard build costs the same there as it does here, with more options to choose from.
