The Titanium Extraction Engine is the thermal half of the Simrell on its own: the chamber, heat exchanger and thermal capacitor, with thermostat discs and a screen.

02 · Heat zones
Three Ways to Heat It
With the Simrell, you become the driver. By adjusting where you apply heat, you choose one of three distinct vaporization styles, giving you total control over your experience:
- Conduction zone: apply heat directly to the chamber for dense, instant vapor.Best for evening sessions.
- Convection zone: focus heat toward the exchanger for full-flavor, airflow-driven extraction.Best for daytime sessions.
- Hybrid zone: balance both methods for a mix of density and flavor.The best of both worlds.
Rotate it as you heat for an even extraction. Calibrated thermostat discs provide audible clicks at target temperatures, eliminating guesswork and removing the need for electronics, batteries, or circuit boards. Both low-temp and high-temp discs are included.
Whether you heat by feel or by the clicks, the Simrell responds to you.
03 · Threaded titanium
Threaded Metal to Metal
The engine is three precision-machined parts: the thermal capacitor, the threaded extraction chamber and the heat exchanger.
They thread together metal to metal, so there are no insulating air gaps and heat moves straight through. The capacitor stores and releases convection heat without fragile ceramics or glass.

Change Your Assembly, Change Your Extraction Experience
Our Classic Titanium, Titanium Convection and Stainless thermal assemblies all thread onto this same chamber. Change the assembly and you change how your Simrell heats, without buying a new device.
05 · Compatibility
Runs on the Stems You Have
The engine threads straight onto our Titanium Vortex and Heritage stems. Add our Titanium Stem Adapter and it becomes an 8mm tip, so it also runs on our legacy Vortex and MVS stems and other 8mm stems.
Stems and the stem adapter are sold separately.
06 · Built to last
Nothing to Wear Out
Machined from titanium, with no o-rings to replace. The threaded parts come apart completely for deep cleaning.
Heat it with a torch or an induction heater.
