Crafted in Small Batches

Every Simrell is made in small numbers by our family-run business in the USA. This isn’t mass production, it’s precision craftsmanship, built with care, intention, and attention to detail.

With every drop selling out in hours, we’ve heard the frustration and felt the stress right alongside our community. Restock anticipation shouldn’t be an anxious experience, that’s why my focus is on improving how you acquire a Simrell.

We’re transitioning to a Made-to-Order system, ensuring that everyone who wants a device can get one, without the rush or stress of limited drops. This new process also opens the door to more personalization, letting you build your Simrell the way you’d like, with options beyond our classic polished finish and walnut sleeve.

Due to the demand, our current lead time is 4–6 weeks. If the demand reaches beyond the 4-6 weeks timeline, we will update the timeline to ensure you know how far out we are. Your patience during this process supports more than just a product, it supports our purpose.

This is Where Precision and refinement Meets Art.

Crafted for the connoisseur. Precision machined from titanium. Refined through performance.

The Simrell is our debut thermal extraction system, a flagship introduction to a new era of dry herb vaporization. Made entirely in the USA from medical-grade titanium, this fully modular system delivers uncompromising performance with zero electronics, no wear parts, and precision-controlled thermal extraction.

More than a product launch, this is the culmination of over a decade of Simrell design philosophy—6.5 years of research, experimentation, and engineering refinement, distilled into a single, combustion-free system.

This isn’t an upgrade. It’s the new standard.

A New Standard of Excellence

What is considered a premium upgrade on other systems, the Titanium Vortex Cooling System, comes standard with the Simrell. At the core of the delivery system is the Vortex Stem, complete with a Titanium Intercooler and threaded condenser, sleeved in premium American walnut.

Known for its ultra-smooth airflow and signature cooling effect without muting flavor, the Vortex refines the raw thermal energy from the extraction engine into a dense, flavorful, and remarkably smooth draw, right out of the box.

The Engine of Innovation

At the heart of the Simrell system is a triad of precision-machined components: the Titanium Thermal Capacitor, Threaded Extraction Chamber, and the Titanium Heat Exchanger. Together, they form a thermally efficient ecosystem that delivers consistent heat transfer and adaptable performance across three dynamic heat zones.

  • The Thermal Capacitor stores and regulates convection heat with elemental consistency, without the use of fragile ceramics or artificial media.

  • The Titanium Chamber, threaded directly to the capacitor, is where material is packed and optionally heated during conduction or hybrid extraction.

  • The Heat Exchanger completes the system by capturing, containing, and cycling thermal energy—balancing airflow, pressure, and retention throughout your session.

The threaded interfaces connecting these parts are more than structural, they’re thermal highways, maximizing surface-to-surface contact while eliminating the insulating air gaps found in conventional systems. This direct metal-on-metal contact allows the device to reach thermal equilibrium efficiently and maintain it with precision.

Three Vaporizers in One

With the Simrell, you become the driver. By adjusting where you apply heat, you unlock one of three distinct vaporization styles, giving you total control over your experience:

  • Conduction Zone – Apply heat directly to the chamber for dense, instant vapor.

  • Convection Zone – Focus heat toward the exchanger for full-flavor, airflow-driven extraction.

  • Hybrid Zone – Balance both methods for a personalized fusion of density and nuance.

Calibrated thermostat discs provide audible clicks at target temperatures, eliminating guesswork and removing the need for electronics, batteries, or circuit boards. Both low-temp and high-temp discs are included, with additional profiles in development.

Whether your approach is intuitive or deliberate, the Simrell responds to you.

Built to Last. Designed to Evolve.

Every component of the Simrell is precision-machined from titanium for durability, flavor purity, and lifelong performance. The system is fully modular, tool-free, and engineered without o-rings or plastic, meaning no wear parts, no degradation, and no compromise.

This isn’t a vaporizer you’ll replace. It’s a platform you’ll refine.

Innovative Features

  • Made 100% in the USA – Sourced, engineered, and manufactured entirely in the United States.

  • Wear-Free Design – No o-rings, no replacements, no failure points.

  • Fully Modular Construction – Threaded parts allow for complete disassembly and deep customization.

  • Precision Heating – Thermostat discs click at set temps; no electronics needed.

The Simrell Standard

100% Made in the USA. No electronics. No plastic. No compromises.

The Simrell is more than our first thermal extraction system, it’s a statement of what vaporization can become when precision, purity, and performance converge. Every draw is intentional. Every session, combustion-free. Every detail, built to serve your ritual—not dictate it.

Precision. Purity. Performance.
Your ritual. Your rules.

Most consistent, flavorful, beautiful, and enjoyable analog vape I own...

TL;DR: it's the most flavorful, consistent, well-built, beautiful, and  easiest to use and clean analog device I own or have owned. The instructions for use are spot on, but I'd also recommend you take 5 minutes to learn the proper technique (Moo I'm a Tree and Bud Boss both have Youtube reviews with helpful tips too). If I could only own one analog device on the market currently, it would be the TED.

The full magilla:

I own the stock TED titanium stem, not just the engine, and I've found it to have great flavor, great effect, and be very easy to use out of the box. I've only used it on the titanium stem so far, and can't imagine really wanting to change that. I only heat with a single-flame torch as I like that part of the ritual.
As others have helpfully noted, everyone has different goals in general with vaping, and then again with using an analog device. I always look for (to me) the best blend of flavor and effect, ease and consistency of use, build quality and aesthetics, and ease of cleaning in that order (scroll down if you want my list of my analog and powered vapes currently in rotation)

Pros:

-Stellar and consistently great flavor even when heating for conduction
- Impressive medication considering the size of the bowl
- The vapor feels very smooth and cool relative to the size of the clouds, and I cough much less than with other devices.
- If you follow Simrell's tips, you get consistently great vapor, and it combusts less than any other analog vape I own or have owned
- The materials used and build quality are sensational, as are the aesthetics, and it feels overall like a more polished device than many of the competitors in this arena. I specifically like that the cap doesn't discolor over time like the Tempest, and I don't have to worry about balls, o-rings, wire screens.
- This is definitely the easiest analog device I've owned when it comes to cleaning, and its very cool that the intercooler is also the same tool used to remove the heat sink and condenser tube. I can't stress this part enough, because I've broken god-knows how many o-rings cleaning Dynvaps or Tempest/Revolve stems, and as a result I clean it more often.
- Easy to load/unload: simplest method I've found is loading it with the straw method (such the material into the chamber like you would with a straw) and then when I want to empty it, I just blow the material out and it comes out in one little puck with little-to-no residue left inside the chamber
- A very pure air path with no silicon or other gross materials in the way
- Built to be modular: Simrell includes an adaptor to put the TED engine on other 8mm devices, so you can use it with other Dynvap/Simrell/Mad Heaters/etc. stems you have around
- Fits natively in glass
- Comes with adaptor to use on other 8mm stems
- Allows for convection, conduction, and hybrid heating
- I find it to be more efficient and quicker for the same amount of material compared to other devices. From one heat cycle I can get big, smooth, fluffy clouds from the first hit, and I can clean out the bowl in one heat cycle, as opposed to needing multiple heat cycles with similar devices.

Cons:
-As with the Tempest 2, taking the cap off is more involved than with a Dynavap. I don't find it a hassle to use a leather de-capper, so it's not as much an issue for me, but worth calling out.
- The bowl is on the smaller size compared with the HyperDyn, Tempest 2 or XL bowls on Anvil or Tornado, but it’s the right size for my use case
- Yes, threading the top back on requires a bit more patience than the Tempest 2 and obviously any Dynavap which are dead easy. That being said, it's not really that hard if you just go slow and don't force it. It's not enough of an issue for me
-Lack of a chamber scraping tool like the end of the Dynavap cap or the one included with the Tempest. I actually find that if I blow the material out of the stem after use I don't need to scrape anything; however, at this price they could include a little something to help clean things out between uses without having to disassemble it.
- Takes longer to heat up than a Dynavap (but about the same as my Tempest 2)
- It ain't cheap. It's not egregiously more than the Tempest 2 (especially with dollar in  the shitter and tariffs) or the similar offerings from Dynvap or Vestratto; that being said, I can justify the price given the fit and finish, plus it’s made in the USA.

Overall:
I'd highly recommend this if your criteria for an analog device is similar to what I've stated above. If you care about a bigger bowl and/or stronger effect, then the Tempest 2, Tornado, or Anvil might be to your liking, but frankly I find this to be the better all-around choice for my use case.

Simrell TED - The Best there is.

Fantastic Vape in all facets. Taste, smoothness, variable heating applications (Convection, Hybrid, Conduction), beautiful artful construction, ease of cleaning. Works great with Wand and even better so with BFG Induction Heater (The Flare)- 8 seconds from cold yields the most flavorful and tasty terpenes. I have 2 now and have over 20 TED's but this has supplanted all of them. I appreciate Austyn's live streams and have picked up many interesting ways to achieve nirvana with his devices and others.

I took a gamble, and it paid off.

In my opinion..

This device is for the fine-tasters. The hunters for that specific satisfying hit full of flavor. I've been using (mostly electric) vaporizers for years (Dynavap 2019, Crafty+, Mighty+, TinyMight2) and the Simrell got me by surprise. Such exquisite flavor. No hot vapor, and no lack of clouds.

It's as if I've stumbled upon an equivalent of a high quality mechanical watch, or a fine pen, which can back up the finesse that it portrays with its sleek design.

It took a few tries for me to grasp the intricacies. I started off with the wand. It took some measuring, but I got a nice hit out of it pretty quickly. I do not like how the vertical position warms up the titanium material more than it should, so I will attempt to heat it up in reverse another time. But because of this slight annoyance, I switched to the butane alternative.

I heated it up as instructed for the hybrid approach with the PB-207, and this provided some insane results. I will stick with this heating method for now, even though my initial plan was to make the Wand my main heating tool.

Before I used the Simrell, I took some time to learn about the device by disassembling and reassembling it. Very straightforward, and easy to clean. There is one side of the intercooler that fits the inner tube more rigidly. The logo on the intercooler allows me to keep using the optimal side.

This device does get very warm (I wonder why), so be sure to give it a place to cool down. I don't have the stand myself but my ceramic bowl does the trick as well (that stand does look pretty nice though).

There are some excellent mechanical vaporizers out there, each with their own merits. If you are looking for a device that provides excellent hits full of flavor, which will allow you to act all pretentious and say "I taste some grape, with cacao and a hint of peat" like you're drinking wine or whiskey, give this device a try. It's that much flavor.

The bowl isn't too big though so expect to reload after each hit once you have the technique under control. And grab a microfiber cloth or something similar if you want to take the cap off and you can't wait for it to cool down.

No balls, no glass, no rubber, just an exquisite device which provides exquisite taste.

I took a 300 dollar gamble, and it turned out to be a great investment. The Simrell will accompany me for years to come. I just need a fancy leather pen holster for it now, maybe a double slot so I can bring some cotton swabs along for the ride.

Tip: Information about this device is scarce and often hidden within hour-long streaming videos. I would suggest setting up a Wiki equivalent on which fans / customers / enthusiasts can submit additional information and techniques (after mod / bot approval to avoid potential platform abuse).

This will allow you to create an interactive source of information that can be upheld and maintained by the community. This direction should also be a bit more approachable than video editing, and it will be helpful for both beginners and experts alike.

Thank you for the awesome device.

Tolle Arbeit Austin

In addition to the Vortex and Hyper 9, "The Simrell Titanium" has now joined my Simrell Collection. I've been using it for a week and I'm really pleased with it. It performs well across the entire spectrum, from the low temperature, where the subtle nuances of the terpenes are clearly noticeable, to the high temperature with thick, flavorful clouds. I highly recommend all my purchases so far and will happily continue to buy Austin's products. The man does exceptional work.
